After 24 hours of incubation, the brine shrimp can be harvested. At this stage, cover the hatching bucket with a black plastic sheet, stop aeration, and allow it to stand undisturbed for about 15 minutes. Then, open the drain valve at the bottom of the hatching bucket and use a collection net at the outlet to harvest the brine shrimp. When the water level in the bucket drops to one-third, and if the brine shrimp are already scarce, collection may be stopped.

Rinse the collected brine shrimp under fresh water for 10 seconds, then pour them into a bucket and fill it with clean hatching water. Cover the bucket with a black plastic sheet to block light. After letting it stand for 5 minutes, remove the plastic sheet and remove the empty eggs from the surface. Then, collect the middle and upper layers of seawater, which are rich in brine shrimp larvae, discarding the dead eggs from the surface.
